The pasta cooks right in the soup!
Yield: Serves 4
Preparation Time: 5 minutes; Cooking Time: 25 minutes
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside.
2. Add soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add uncooked pasta. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
3. Return chicken to pan. Cook 5 minutes more or until pasta is done, stirring often. Serve with cheese.
